Delete your account

You can delete your PeakAge account and your data at any time.

What is deleted, within 7 daysYour login, your profile and contact details, your parents' profiles, health readings, body scans, ECG reports, visit history, coins, plan, emergencies and notifications.What is keptPayment records (amounts, dates, invoice numbers), without your name, because tax law requires them. Your consent record, for 5 years, as the Privacy Policy says.Straight awayYour login stops working and any autopay is cancelled, so you are not charged again. Visits already booked are cancelled.
In the PeakAge appOpen Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm.On the webSign in, open Profile, and tap Delete account.
