Their month, their choice.
Every month your plan credits PeakAge Coins. Your parents spend them on the help they actually need that month, instead of a fixed bundle nobody used.
How coins work. Simple on purpose.
On the Care Plan, coins come on top of the nurse visits and doctor consultations already included.
Credited every month
Your plan credits its coins at the start of each billing month.
Booked when it is needed
You, your parents or your coordinator book a service in the PeakAge app.
Visible to the family
Every booking and the balance left for the month show up in the app.
Three months, one allowance.
What a single parent's 3,000 PeakAge Coins could look like, month to month.
A month when something feels off
- In-Person Doctor Visit3,000
One doctor visit at home uses the whole allowance.
A month of everyday help
- Companion Visit1,500
- Dietitian Consultation1,000

On the Companion Plan, the visits are included.

A PeakAge Coin is a unit of service. Every month your plan credits a fixed number of coins, and they are spent on a published menu of services. On the Care Plan that is 3,000 PeakAge Coins a month for one parent and 6,000 PeakAge Coins for both, on top of the nurse visits and doctor consultations the plan includes. The Companion Plan has no coins: its 3 companion visits a month are included.
No. The Companion Plan includes 3 companion visits a month and emergency cover, with no coins to track. Coins, and the dietitian, doctor visits, health checks and other services they book, come with the Care Plan. To use them, move to the Care Plan from your next payment.
No. Coins are not money, not a wallet balance and not a payment instrument. They have no rupee value on their own, cannot be bought separately, cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and cannot be transferred to another family. What they buy is the menu of services on this page.
Because no two months look the same. One month your parents may need a doctor. The next they may need help with errands, or a dietitian, or nothing at all beyond the regular nurse visit. A fixed bundle means paying for the things they did not need. Coins let the choice be made when the need is real.
No. Unused coins expire at the end of the billing month. We would rather your parents use them, so the care team proactively suggests when a consultation, a health check or an errand would be worth booking.
A companion visit is booked for up to 2 hours. If it runs more than 5 minutes beyond that, the extra time is charged for each 30 minutes or part of it (₹159 in Bangalore, ₹119 in Lucknow and Nagpur). It is shown in the app after the visit, and you can pay it online or with PeakAge Coins at 2 coins for each rupee due.
A booking depends on a qualified provider being available locally and on reasonable scheduling notice. If we cannot deliver a service you have booked with coins, the coins go back into your balance for that month.
Not today. If your parents need something beyond the monthly allowance, talk to the team and we will arrange it and quote it separately.
You and your parents. Book in the PeakAge app, or ask your coordinator to book for you. Every booking is visible to you, along with the balance left for the month.
