Coins are how you book care beyond the visits already included in your plan. Every month you receive 3,000 PeakAge Coins on the Care Plan for a single parent, 6,000 when both parents are covered. The Companion Plan has no coins; its 3 companion visits a month are included. A companion visit costs 1,500 coins. A dietitian consultation or an online fitness session costs 1,000 coins. An in-person doctor visit, a full body health check or a psychiatric counselling session costs 3,000 coins. Your parents choose what they need, when they need it.

A plan for parents who mainly need a trusted person around rather than regular clinical checks. 3 companion visits a month for outings, errands, bank work and hospital trips, and emergency cover with a dedicated Family Coordinator, all included. It costs ₹3,599 a month in Lucknow and Nagpur, ₹4,500 in Bangalore, whether you cover one parent or both. It does not include nurse home visits or doctor consultations; for those, choose the Care Plan.

Yes. Ask your coordinator and the new plan starts from your next payment, so you never lose days you have already paid for. If you are on autopay, your bank will ask you to approve the new amount.

No. Coins are a unit of service, not money. They are not a wallet balance, they cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash, and they have no rupee value on their own. What they buy is the menu of services listed on this page.

Unused coins do not carry forward to the next month. We encourage your parents to use them. Your care team proactively suggests when a doctor consultation, a health check or an errand would be useful.

Both parents are fully covered under one subscription: 2 nurse home visits a month, 2 doctor on-call consultations a month, and 6,000 PeakAge Coins a month to share. It costs ₹2,500 more per month than covering one parent.

On the Care Plan it is an optional ₹2,000 per month. You get a dedicated coordinator who knows your parents, their routines and their doctors and who is your single point of contact, plus 1 emergency every 30 days for the whole family, medical or non-medical. Extra emergencies are ₹2,000 each, can be bought ahead, and never expire, and they stay on your account even if you pause your plan. The Companion Plan includes it at no extra cost.

We are there 24x7, whether it is medical or not. Tap your city coordinator on the SOS tab of the app, confirm, and we log it and call them. They help arrange an ambulance if one is needed, reach your parents' doctors and the hospital, and keep you informed until it is handled. Each emergency the coordinator accepts uses one from your quota: 1 emergency every 30 days for the whole family, medical or non-medical with Emergency Cover, and extra emergencies are ₹2,000 each, can be bought ahead, and never expire. We never refuse help because the quota has run out. We do not run ambulances ourselves, so for anything life threatening call 108 or 112 first, then tell us.

Physiotherapy is not on the base plan or the coin menu today. Talk to us and we will arrange sessions and quote them separately.

No. The plan is billed monthly and you can cancel before the next billing date. We are currently in early access with a limited number of founding family slots.

We are live in Bangalore, Lucknow and Nagpur, and opening new cities across India every few months. Families sign up from anywhere in India or abroad. Tell us where your parents live and we will confirm whether we are there yet, or prioritise your city for the next launch.

Yes. The PeakAge app is how bookings, past health records, vitals trends, and visit summaries are managed for your parents and for you. WhatsApp is also supported as an additional channel for scheduling, reminders, and updates.
