1. Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel your PeakAge plan at any time, from your profile in the PeakAge app or by writing to omanshu@peakage.in.
- If you pay by autopay, you can also stop the mandate directly with your bank or UPI app. We are told when you do, and treat it as a cancellation.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep using the service until that date, and you are not charged again.
- Unused visits and unredeemed PeakAge Coins lapse when the plan ends.
2. When we refund
We refund a payment when:
- we cannot assign a nurse, doctor or companion to your family within 14 days of your plan starting;
- PeakAge stops operating, or cannot deliver the service you paid for; or
- we made a billing error.
We do not give partial-month refunds in other cases.
3. What we do not refund
- Unused visits or unredeemed PeakAge Coins within a billing period. Coins have no cash value.
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of an individual visit.
- Circumstances outside PeakAge's reasonable control (see the Terms, Section 9).
- Additional emergencies (₹2,000 each) once bought, except where the law requires it.
- PeakAge Coins spent on extra visit time.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to omanshu@peakage.in within 30 days of the payment, with the email you signed up with and what went wrong. We reply within 7 business days. An approved refund goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid from.
