Shipping and Delivery Policy

PeakAge sells care services, not physical goods, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping charge. Plans, one-time visits, extra visit time and additional emergencies are all services.

• Nurse and companion visits happen in person at your parents' home, or where the companion takes them, at the time you book in the app or on the website.
• Doctor on call and online sessions (dietitian, counselling, fitness) happen by phone or video at the booked time.
• Before each visit the app shows who is coming and a visit PIN. The visit starts only when your parent gives that PIN to the visitor.
• Reports from a visit, such as vitals and ECG reports, appear in the app's Vault after the visit.

A plan starts as soon as the payment goes through, and its visits can be booked in the app straight away.
