Question 1

What cities do you operate in?

Accepted Answer

We are live in Bangalore, Lucknow and Nagpur, and opening new cities across India every few months. Families sign up from anywhere in India or abroad. Tell us where your parents live and we will confirm whether we are there yet, or prioritise your city for the next launch.

Question 2

Does my parent need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

Your parent can interact entirely through WhatsApp: scheduling, reminders, doctor calls, and coordinator updates. We also provide a PeakAge app where telehealth consultations and companion visits can be booked, and where you and your parent can view past health data, vitals trends, and visit summaries over time.

Question 3

How does Doctor on Call work?

Accepted Answer

You book a teleconsultation through the app, or ask our team to book it for you. A doctor calls your parent at the scheduled time via video or phone. No clinic visit, no travel, no waiting room. One consultation per parent per month is included in the plan, and further in-person doctor visits can be booked with your 3,000 PeakAge Coins monthly allowance.

Question 4

I'm abroad. Can I sign up for my parents in India?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, we built this for you. Sign up from anywhere. Our team handles the scheduling on the ground: nurse health checks, doctor consultations, and anything you book with your monthly PeakAge Coins. You get a WhatsApp update after every visit. If you want one named person who knows your parents and is your single point of contact, plus round-the-clock emergency coordination, add the Emergency Cover & Family Coordinator add-on for ₹2,000 a month.

Question 5

What does the fortnightly health check include?

Accepted Answer

A trained health professional visits your parents at home every 15 days. They check BP, blood sugar, ECG, SpO2, and 16 other biomarkers, review medicines, and look for early symptoms. Companionship is included. It is not a rushed clinical visit.

Question 6

Can I cancel? Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plans have no lock-in, cancel anytime. We are currently in early access with a limited number of founding families. Once your city is live, our team will walk you through starting.
