Cancelling or Moving a Visit
Cancel a booked visit from the Booking tab, and what to do when you need a different time.
Find the visit
Open the Booking tab and tap the visit under Upcoming.
Cancel it
Tap Cancel this booking, then Yes, cancel. Changed your mind? Tap Keep it.
What you get back
A visit from your plan goes back into your allowance for the cycle.
A visit paid with PeakAge Coins refunds its coins, as long as you cancel within the same 30-day cycle you booked it in.
Cancelled visits stay listed under Cancelled in the last 30 days.
Need a different time?
There is no reschedule button. If the visit is more than an hour away, cancel it and book the new time.
Otherwise, open the visit and tap Coordinate on WhatsApp. Your coordinator can move it for you.
Rules and limits
- You can cancel up to 1 hour before the visit. After that, the button is gone: message your coordinator.
- A one-time visit, booked without a plan, is cancelled by WhatsApp message, not in the app.
