On the Day of a Visit

Today's visits show under Active visits on the Home tab. Each one moves from Booked to Assigned when a team member is named, then to In progress when they start.

You get a notification at each step.

Tap the visit (Tap for visitor details) to see who is coming, their rating, and the time and place. Coordinate on WhatsApp reaches your coordinator.

Your visit PIN is on the visit card, and in My profile under Your visit PIN. It is the same for every visit.

The nurse, doctor or companion needs it to start the visit and again to finish it.

When the visit finishes you get a notification. Readings from a nurse visit appear in the Family tab, and the visit record in the Health Vault.

The app then asks How did it go?. Pick a rating, add a note if you like, and tap Send rating. Ratings help us keep visits good.
